This page covers what we refund, when, and how to ask. Different products have different policies because they involve different kinds of work. The full breakdown is below. If you're not sure which section applies to you, the email at the bottom will get you a real human.

What we believe about refunds

Refunds exist because not every product is right for every buyer. We'd rather refund someone who couldn't get value than have them carry buyer's remorse around. At the same time, we don't honor refunds that ignore what the product is or that come after extended use of materials. The policies below are honest about what each product can and can't do.

Brand Intelligence Engine (BIE) digital products

These are AI skills, prompt packs, and courses delivered as digital downloads or membership access. Each tier has its own policy.

$27 Expert Revenue Blueprint (ERB)

14-day window from the date of purchase.

If you completed the course (watched the videos, ran at least three of the six pillar templates) and the framework didn't surface a real gap in your business, we refund. We ask you to send a one-line note describing what you ran the framework against and what didn't work. We use this to improve the product, not to gatekeep refunds.

$97 Business Success Gap Finder

14-day window from the date of purchase.

If you ran at least three of the seven prompts and didn't surface usable diagnostic information, we refund. We ask which prompts you ran and what was missing.

$497 Brand Authority

14-day window from the date of purchase. This product carries our Gap-or-Refund guarantee.

If you completed the three foundation skills (Identity Blueprint, Magnetic Through-Line, Brand Brain Architect) and the output didn't help you codify your brand foundation, we refund. We ask to see what didn't work so we can fix it for the next buyer.

The Gap-or-Refund guarantee does not apply if the foundation skills weren't run, or if the request comes outside the 14-day window.

$997 Full BIE (Door B or Terminus)

30-day window from the date of purchase. This product carries the extended Gap-or-Refund guarantee.

If you completed the foundation install (Layers 01 + 02 — Identity Blueprint, Magnetic Through-Line, Brand Brain Architect, plus the Layer 02 codification skills) and the system didn't deliver usable output, we refund. We ask to see your work so we can fix what's broken.

If you originally bought $497 Brand Authority and chose to add the $500 upgrade to Full BIE on the upsell page, the refund applies to the $500 upgrade portion. You keep the $497 Brand Authority product if you originally purchased it.

Emanate Photo Shoots

Photo shoots operate on custom booking contracts. Each booking has its own deposit, balance, and rescheduling terms documented in the agreement signed at booking. Refer to your booking agreement for specifics.

Brand Intelligence Live (London cohort)

The London cohort runs as a small in-person group event. Deposit and balance terms are documented in the application acceptance email sent after your application is approved.

General structure (your acceptance email is the controlling document):

• Deposits secure your spot. Deposits become non-refundable 60 days before the event date.
• Final balance is non-refundable 30 days before the event date.
• Earlier cancellations refund the deposit minus an administration fee documented in your acceptance email.

If your circumstances genuinely changed (illness, family emergency, force majeure), reach out. We work with attendees in good faith.

Other live programs and intensives

Magnetic Authority Intensive, Emanate Mastermind, Photoshoot Immersion, Creative Consigliere, and other live or 1:1 programs operate on custom contracts. Each program's contract documents the refund terms specific to that program. Refer to your booking agreement or program-specific terms email.

If you don't have your agreement on hand, email us and we'll resend.

How to request a refund

Email hello@onkensworld.com with:

1. The order ID or the email address you used at purchase
2. Which product you're requesting a refund for
3. A short note on what didn't work (one sentence is fine — we use this to improve our products)

Expected response time: within 3 business days. If you haven't heard back in 5, please follow up — email occasionally gets buried.

Refunds process through the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you're frustrated, please email us first. We would rather refund you than fight a chargeback. Filing a chargeback before reaching out closes off the option for us to make it right.

If you've reached out, given us a reasonable window to respond, and we haven't, a chargeback is your right. We will not dispute one that has been preceded by good-faith communication.
